Our Lupin filled heat bags are a little different to your average wheat or heat bag. We use Lupin as they are lightweight, odourless, retain heat for longer and they don’t sweat!
Heat Bags are approx 38cm X 16cm and approx 1.2kgs
HEAT INSTRUCTIONS
Place heat bag in the microwave for 2 minutes. Rotate heat bag to distribute the heat. Continue heating the bag in 30 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Do not place directly onto skin. Heat bag will be hot.
COLD INSTRUCTIONS
Place heat bag into a zip lock bag and place into freezer. Leave until desired temperature is reached. A cold Heat Bag has many benefits such as reducing inflammation, swelling and helps with migraine and headache relief. They also work great as an ice pack for any bumps and bruises your little ones may get.
